Fields of Summer II

Herman Alfred Sigg, an artist who reinterpreted landscape painting, was inspired by the skies of Southeast Asia and the rivers of Switzerland to create abstract compositions. Coming from an agricultural background, he created works in which water, sky and earth poetically merge. His paintings are silent meditations that represent a powerful connection between nature and inner search.
